How do ship orders overseas?
We have tie ups with shipping agents. For overseas buyers, we ship the material to Nhava Sheva port in Mumbai via rail/truck. From there the material is put on sea vessel for shipping to buyer’s country.
What is the procedure if the batch doesn’t meet agreed upon specifications?
We test the material multiple times before sending. We boast of 0% rejection rate. However, if still there is problem, you can write to us and we will replace the lot if the problem is genuine.
How do you ensure quality?
Each lot’s raw material is tested in house. This is followed by a system of continuous sampling while manufacturing process is on-going. Various BIS standards in line with ISO standards are complied with. The final product lot is again tested by QC department. After the lot passes QC check, it is transferred to storage area for shipping.
